第一章 總 則
Chapter 1 General Rules
第一條 為嚴(yán)格考試管理，嚴(yán)肅考風(fēng)考紀(jì)，加強(qiáng)學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)，按照“公開(kāi)公平、合法適當(dāng)”的原則，依據(jù)教育部《普通高等學(xué)校學(xué)生管理規(guī)定》和《西南石油大學(xué)學(xué)生管理辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定及有關(guān)法律法規(guī)，制訂本辦法。
Article 1 The Measures are specially formulated in the principle of "openness, fairness, legality and appropriateness" according to relevant provisions of the Common University Student Management Rules released by the Ministry of Education, Management Measures for Students of Southwest Petroleum University and relevant laws and regulations to enhance the exam management, exam style and discipline, and construction of study style.
第二條 本辦法所稱(chēng)考試違紀(jì)是指學(xué)生不遵守學(xué)校的考場(chǎng)紀(jì)律，不服從考試工作人員的安排與要求的行為；考試作弊是指違背考試公平、公正的原則，以不正當(dāng)手段獲得或者試圖獲得試題答案、考試成績(jī)的行為。
Article 2 The disciplinary violations in exam referred to in the Measures mean the students' failure to abide by the exam disciplines of the university and follow the arrangements and requirements of the exam staff; Cheating in examinations refers to the act of obtaining or attempting to obtain the answers and results of examinations by improper means in violation of the principles of fairness and fairness in examinations.
第三條 本辦法適用于由學(xué)校組織或承辦的面向西南石油大學(xué)全日制普通高等教育學(xué)生的各種考試。在校學(xué)生校外參加由國(guó)家行政部門(mén)或其它高等學(xué)校組織的各級(jí)各類(lèi)考試中出現(xiàn)的考試違紀(jì)、作弊行為，參照本辦法執(zhí)行。
Article 3 These Measures are applicable to all exams for full-time general higher education students of Southwest Petroleum University organized or undertaken by the university. The disciplinary violation or cheating behaviors of the students found in exams of various levels and types organized by the national administrative departments or other institutions of higher education outside the university shall be subject to the Measures.
第四條 按照學(xué)生考試違紀(jì)、作弊行為的性質(zhì)和過(guò)錯(cuò)的嚴(yán)重程度，處分種類(lèi)分為：
Article 4 According to the nature and severity of the student's disciplinary violation or cheating behavior in the exam, punishments are divided into:
1、警告；
Warning;
2、嚴(yán)重警告；
Serious warning;
3、記過(guò)；
Record of demerit;
4、留校察看；
Academic probation;
5、開(kāi)除學(xué)籍。
Expulsion.
第五條 除開(kāi)除學(xué)籍外，給予學(xué)生的處分設(shè)置6至12個(gè)月期限，其中警告、嚴(yán)重警告處分期為6個(gè)月，記過(guò)處分期為9個(gè)月，留校察看處分期限為12個(gè)月。違紀(jì)、作弊行為發(fā)生后能主動(dòng)配合調(diào)查、及時(shí)深刻認(rèn)識(shí)錯(cuò)誤的，可視情節(jié)酌情縮短處分期限，但留校察看不得少于9個(gè)月，其他處分不得少于6個(gè)月。處分期滿(mǎn)后的處分解除辦法及程序按《西南石油大學(xué)學(xué)生違紀(jì)處分辦法》執(zhí)行。
Article 5 A period of 6 to 12 months is set for punishments given to the students except for expulsion. The punishment period is 6 months for a warning or serious warning, 9 months for record of a demerit, and 12 months for an academic probation. The punishment period can be shortened according to the circumstances if the students can actively cooperate with the investigation and deeply understand the mistakes in a timely manner after the disciplinary violation or cheating behavior, but it shall be not less than 9 months for an academic probation and not less than 6 months for other punishments. The methods and procedures for the termination upon the expiration of the punishment period shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for Punishment of Disciplinary Violations of Students of Southwest Petroleum University.
第六條 學(xué)生在校期間考試違紀(jì)、作弊累計(jì)達(dá)到三次的給予開(kāi)除學(xué)籍處分；受留校察看處分期間再次考試違紀(jì)、作弊的，給予開(kāi)除學(xué)籍處分。
Article 6 In case of accumulatively three disciplinary violation and cheating behaviors in exams in the school period, the student shall be dismissed from school; in case of a disciplinary violation or cheating behavior in the punishment period for an academic probation, the student shall be dismissed from school.
第七條 結(jié)業(yè)生在返校換證考試中，如有違紀(jì)、作弊行為，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效，取消其以后一切與換證相關(guān)的考試資格。學(xué)生以違紀(jì)、作弊行為違規(guī)獲得考試成績(jī)并已由此取得學(xué)歷證書(shū)、學(xué)位證書(shū)的，學(xué)校宣布其證書(shū)無(wú)效，責(zé)令其交回證書(shū)并由學(xué)校予以撤銷(xiāo)。
Article 7 In case of a disciplinary violation or cheating behavior in the exam where graduates take to obtain the graduation certificates, the scores of the involved student in the subject will become invalid and the student will be disqualified for all exams related to the graduation certificate. If a student obtained an exam result by violating discipline or cheating, and has thereby obtained an academic certificate or a degree certificate, the university will declare the certificate as invalid, order it to be returned and then have it revoked.
第二章 考試違紀(jì)處理
Chapter 2 Handling of Disciplinary Violations in Exams
第八條 有下列一般考試違紀(jì)情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“違紀(jì)”），并給予警告處分。
Article 8 Any who commits any of the following general disciplinary violations in exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of discipline"), and shall be given a warning for punishment.
1、 考試中擅自改換座位或座位號(hào)；
Changing the seat or seat number without authorization during the exam;
2、考試過(guò)程中擅自互傳考試用具（筆、尺、計(jì)算器等）；
Exchanging the exam appliances (such as pen, ruler, calculator) without authorization during the exam;
3、開(kāi)考信號(hào)發(fā)出前提前答卷，或考試終了信號(hào)發(fā)出后繼續(xù)答卷；
Answering before the exam start signal is sent, or continuing to answer after the exam end signal is sent;
4、口試抽簽后，未到指定地點(diǎn)答題；
Failing to answer at the designated place after drawing for the oral test;
5、其它一般考試違紀(jì)行為。
Having other general disciplinary violations in exams.
第九條 有下列較嚴(yán)重考試違紀(jì)情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“違紀(jì)”），并給予嚴(yán)重警告處分。
Article 9 Any who commits any of the following relatively serous disciplinary violations in exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of discipline"), and shall be given a serious warning for punishment.
1、不按規(guī)定就座，且拒不聽(tīng)從監(jiān)考人員勸告或安排；
Failing to seat as required, and refusing to follow the advice or arrangement of the invigilator;
2、正式開(kāi)考前，不按要求將考試禁止攜帶的書(shū)包、文具用品或與考試有關(guān)的物品（如教材、參考資料、通訊設(shè)備、具有存儲(chǔ)功能的電子設(shè)備等）放置到指定地點(diǎn)；
Failing to place the school bags, stationery, or items related to the exam (such as teaching materials, reference materials, communication equipment, electronic devices with storage functions) that are prohibited in exams to the designated place as required before the official start of the exam;
3、考試中，考試工作人員對(duì)考試證件、身份等提出質(zhì)疑，學(xué)生拒不配合；
Refusing to cooperate when the exam staff questions the exam document, identity, etc. during an exam;
4、在考場(chǎng)內(nèi)大聲喧嘩、吸煙，或有其它影響考場(chǎng)秩序的行為，經(jīng)勸阻不改；
Making loud noises, smoking or having other behaviors that affect the order of the exam room in the exam room, and refusing to correct after being discouraged;
5、提前交卷后，在考場(chǎng)附近逗留、交談，影響他人考試，經(jīng)勸阻不改；
Staying and talking near the exam room after assignment in advance, affecting others' exams, and refusing to correct after being discouraged;
6、考試結(jié)束信號(hào)發(fā)出后，監(jiān)考人員未收齊試題或答卷時(shí)，擅自離開(kāi)考場(chǎng)；
Leaving the exam room arbitrarily before the invigilator collects all the papers or sheets after the exam end signal is sent;
7、偽造證明材料申請(qǐng)緩考；
Forging proof materials to apply for a delayed exam;
8、其它較嚴(yán)重考試違紀(jì)行為。
Other relatively serious disciplinary violations in exams.
第十條 有下列嚴(yán)重考試違紀(jì)情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“違紀(jì)”），并給予記過(guò)處分。
Article 10 Any who commits any of the following serious disciplinary violations in exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of discipline"), and shall be given a demerit for punishment.
1、隱卷不交或?qū)⒃嚲恚òù痤}卡、答題紙等，下同）帶出考場(chǎng)，但能在一小時(shí)內(nèi)主動(dòng)交回；
Hiding test papers or not handing them in or taking them (including answer sheets and papers, the same below) out of the examination room, yet returning them within one hour voluntarily;
2、未到規(guī)定允許交卷時(shí)間而強(qiáng)行交卷離開(kāi)考場(chǎng)；
Handing in test papers and leaving the examination room before due time;
3、用規(guī)定以外的筆或紙答題、在試卷規(guī)定以外的地方書(shū)寫(xiě)姓名、考號(hào)等或以其它方式在答卷上標(biāo)記、書(shū)寫(xiě)特殊信息；
Writing their names, examination numbers, etc., or marking or writing special information on the answer sheets or other areas with a pen not as required;
4、其它嚴(yán)重考試違紀(jì)行為。
Other serious disciplinary violations in exams.
第十一條 有下列特別嚴(yán)重考試違紀(jì)情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“違紀(jì)”），并視情節(jié)給予留校察看或開(kāi)除學(xué)籍處分。
Article 11 Any who commits any of following extremely serious disciplinary violations in exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of discipline"), and shall be given a punishment of academic probation or expulsion according to the circumstances.
1、 考試中被查實(shí)攜帶手機(jī)等通訊設(shè)備，尚未構(gòu)成作弊的；
Carrying communication devices such as mobile phones to the exam, which has been verified but not constituted cheating yet;
2、考試期間故意損毀試卷；
Damaging the test papers deliberately during exams;
3、隱卷不交或?qū)⒃嚲韼С隹紙?chǎng)，且未能在一小時(shí)內(nèi)主動(dòng)交回；
Hiding test papers to not hand them in or taking them out of the examination room, and failing to return them within one hour;
4、在試卷上書(shū)寫(xiě)謾罵、侮辱性語(yǔ)言；
Writing abusive and insulting remarks on test papers;
5、無(wú)理取鬧，嚴(yán)重干擾監(jiān)考教師執(zhí)行考務(wù)或有其它嚴(yán)重妨礙考試工作人員履行職責(zé)的行為；
Making troubles without reason, interfering with the duty performance of invigilators during exams, or hindering the examination staff from performing their duties;
6、干擾考試評(píng)卷工作，糾纏、威脅、誣陷、賄賂評(píng)卷教師或考試工作人員；
Interfering with the exam evaluation, or pestering, threatening, framing or bribing evaluation teachers or examination staff;
7、在第八條、第九條、第十條所列情形之下，不服處理，干擾考場(chǎng)，肆意糾纏、威脅或公然侮辱、誹謗、誣陷監(jiān)考人員；
Refusing to obey the handling as listed in Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10, interfering in exams, and pestering, threatening, insulting, libeling or framing invigilators in a reckless and open way;
8、其它特別嚴(yán)重考試違紀(jì)行為。
Other extremely serious disciplinary violations in exams.
第三章 考試作弊處理
Chapter 3 Handling of Cheating on Exams
第十二條 有下列考試作弊情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“舞弊”），并給予記過(guò)處分。
Article 12 Any who commits any of the following cheating behaviors on exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of cheating"), and shall be given a demerit for punishment.
1、窺視他人答卷或有意讓他人窺視、抄襲答卷；
Peeping the answer sheets of others or intentionally allowing others to peep or copy the answers;
2、互對(duì)答案、與他人交談?dòng)嘘P(guān)考試內(nèi)容；
Checking answers with each other or discussing the exam contents during exams;
3、互打暗號(hào)、手勢(shì)傳遞試卷及答案信息；
Passing test papers and giving answers by secret signals or gestures;
4、提前交卷后，有意在考場(chǎng)內(nèi)或考場(chǎng)附近逗留，借機(jī)向考場(chǎng)內(nèi)考生透露試題答案；
Staying in or near the examination room after handing in test paper and taking the opportunity to give answers to the students still in the examination room;
5、其它一般考試作弊行為。
Cheating in other general forms.
第十三條 有下列嚴(yán)重考試作弊情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“舞弊”），并給予留校察看處分。
Article 13 Any who commits any of the following serious cheating behaviors on exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of cheating"), and shall be given a punishment of academic probation.
1、以各種形式夾帶、隱寫(xiě)與考試課程有關(guān)的內(nèi)容。包括但不限于以下情形之一：
Bringing and writing information or contents related to the exam secretly in various forms, including but not limited to any of the cases specified as follows:
?。?/span>1）開(kāi)考后，在書(shū)桌內(nèi)、書(shū)桌上、座位旁、考生身上以及其他可以觀(guān)看或接觸到的地方寫(xiě)有或者放有與考試課程有關(guān)的資料或紙條；
There are information or notes related to the exam written or placed in somewhere that can be seen or touched by students once an examination starts, such as in and on desks, beside the seats or on the students;
?。?/span>2）在試卷中夾有或試卷下墊有與考試課程有關(guān)的資料或紙條；
There are information or notes related to the exam hid in or under the test papers;
?。?/span>3）在文具盒、筆袋、允許攜帶的證件、計(jì)算器等考試用品中有與考試課程有關(guān)的資料或紙條；
There are information or notes related to the exam hid in test items, such as pencil case, pen bag, certificate allowed, calculator, etc.;
2、搶奪、竊取他人試卷、答卷或者脅迫他人為自己抄襲提供方便；
Robbing or stealing others' test papers or answer sheets or coercing others to provide convenience for them to copy answers;
3、他人強(qiáng)拿自己的試卷、答卷、草稿紙等未及時(shí)向監(jiān)考人員報(bào)告；
Failing to report to the invigilator in time when being forced to give their own test papers, answer sheets and scratch papers to others;
4、傳遞、交換試卷、答卷、草稿紙、紙條；
Passing and exchanging test papers, answer sheets, scratch papers and notes;
5、利用上廁所之機(jī)或謊稱(chēng)其它理由離開(kāi)考場(chǎng)，偷看與考試有關(guān)的內(nèi)容；
Taking excuses to peep materials related to exams, such as going to the restroom;
6、通過(guò)偽造證件、證明、檔案及其他材料非法獲得考試資格和考試成績(jī)，事后查實(shí)的；
Obtaining examination qualifications and results illegally by forging such materials as certificates, proofs and files, which has been verified afterwards;
7、根據(jù)試卷卷面答題內(nèi)容，閱卷教師發(fā)現(xiàn)，經(jīng)教務(wù)部門(mén)審核確認(rèn)屬試卷雷同、抄襲等行為；
Being deemed to commit cheating by evaluation teachers according to the answer information on the test papers, and then verified and confirmed by the academic affairs department;
8、勾結(jié)考試工作人員協(xié)助其實(shí)施作弊；
Colluding with examination staff to assist them in cheating;
9、其它嚴(yán)重考試作弊行為。
Other serious cheating behaviors.
第十四條 有下列特別嚴(yán)重考試作弊情形之一的，取消考試資格，該科成績(jī)無(wú)效（記為“舞弊”），并給予開(kāi)除學(xué)籍處分。
Article 14 Any who commits any of following extremely serious cheating behaviors on exams shall be disqualified from such exam with invalid results (recorded as "violation of cheating"), and shall be given a punishment of expulsion.
1、代替他人或讓他人代替自己參加考試；
Taking the exam in the place of others or having others take the exam in their places;
2、在答卷上故意填寫(xiě)與本人身份不符的姓名、考號(hào)等信息；
Filling in information, such as name and examination number, inconsistent with his/her own identity on the answer sheet intentionally;
3、使用通訊設(shè)備或其他器材作弊，包括但不限于對(duì)試卷拍照、錄像，發(fā)送、接收、搜索與考試有關(guān)的內(nèi)容等；
Using communication devices or other devices to cheat in an exam, including but not limited to photographing and recording the test paper, sending, receiving and searching contents related to the test;
4、使用通訊設(shè)備協(xié)助他人作弊；
Using communication devices to assist others to cheat in an exam;
5、組織作弊；
Organizing cheating in an exam;
6、向他人出售考試試題或答案牟取利益；
Selling test contents or answers to others for benefits;
7、已構(gòu)成考試作弊，不配合調(diào)查處理，肆意糾纏、威脅、侮辱、誹謗、誣陷監(jiān)考人員；
Committing a cheating in an exam, but refusing to coordinate with investigation and handling, tangling, threatening, insulting, slandering or framing the invigilator;
8、其它特別嚴(yán)重考試作弊行為。
Other particularly serious cases associated with violation or cheating.
第四章 考試違紀(jì)、作弊處理程序
Chapter 4 Violation and Cheating Handling Procedure
第十五條 在考試過(guò)程中，一旦發(fā)生學(xué)生違紀(jì)、作弊行為，監(jiān)考人員要按照以下程序及時(shí)處理。
Article 15 In an exam, in case of any violation or cheating behavior, the invigilator shall promptly handle it as per the following procedures.
1、監(jiān)考人員應(yīng)立即終止該生考試，當(dāng)場(chǎng)收繳、保存有關(guān)證據(jù)材料，對(duì)于考生用于作弊的個(gè)人物品等予以暫扣，并及時(shí)報(bào)告考試組織單位，同時(shí)如實(shí)填寫(xiě)《西南石油大學(xué)考生違紀(jì)、作弊記錄》及試卷袋上相關(guān)內(nèi)容。《西南石油大學(xué)考生違紀(jì)、作弊記錄》是認(rèn)定考生違紀(jì)作弊事實(shí)的依據(jù)，須由兩名及以上監(jiān)考人員或考場(chǎng)巡視人員簽字確認(rèn)。
The invigilator shall immediately terminate this student's test, collect and keep relevant evidences, temporarily seize the personal articles of the student used for cheating, report to the exam organizer in time, and truthfully fill the Students' Violation and Cheating Records of Southwest Petroleum University and relevant contents on the test paper bag. The Records is the basis to affirm the violation and cheating fact of the student, which should be confirmed and signed by two or more invigilators or the exam inspectors.
2、要求考生如實(shí)填寫(xiě)《西南石油大學(xué)考生違紀(jì)、作弊情況自述》?？忌芙^填表的，由監(jiān)考教師說(shuō)明情況，并由巡考人員簽字見(jiàn)證。
The invigilator shall ask the student to fill the Self-report for Violation and Cheating of Southwest Petroleum University. In case that the student refuse to fill in the Report, the invigilator shall give an explanation and the exam inspector shall sign for witnessing.
3、監(jiān)考人員將填寫(xiě)好的《西南石油大學(xué)考生違紀(jì)、作弊記錄》、《西南石油大學(xué)考生違紀(jì)、作弊情況自述》、學(xué)生試卷及作弊證據(jù)等材料送交考試組織單位。
The invigilator shall then submit the Students' Violation and Cheating Records of Southwest Petroleum University, the Self-report for Violation and Cheating of Southwest Petroleum University, the student's test paper, the cheating evidences and other materials to the exam organizer.
第十六條 對(duì)于考試違紀(jì)、作弊的學(xué)生，由教務(wù)處或研究生院會(huì)同有關(guān)學(xué)院在五個(gè)工作日內(nèi)按本辦法做出書(shū)面處理決定，情況復(fù)雜疑難的，經(jīng)主管校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意，可適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。應(yīng)給予開(kāi)除學(xué)籍處分的，由教務(wù)處或研究生院提出處理意見(jiàn)經(jīng)校長(zhǎng)會(huì)議（包括校長(zhǎng)辦公會(huì)或校長(zhǎng)授權(quán)的專(zhuān)門(mén)會(huì)議）研究決定。
Article 16 For the students in violation of the disciplines or cheating in the exams, the Office of Academic Affairs or the Graduate School shall make a written decision on handling jointly with the schools concerned within five working days in line with the Measures. In case of a complicated case, the time limit can be prolonged appropriately upon approval of the leaders in charge. In the case involving expulsion from academic status, the Office of Academic Affairs or the Graduate School shall propose the handling opinions, and the decision should be made after study on the meeting attended by the presidents (including the president office meeting or the special meeting authorized by the presidents).
第十七條 學(xué)生考試違紀(jì)、作弊的最后處理決定由主管學(xué)生工作的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽發(fā)，由學(xué)院直接送達(dá)學(xué)生本人；學(xué)生拒絕簽收的，學(xué)院以留置方式送達(dá)，但須邀請(qǐng)教師代表1人、學(xué)生代表2人到場(chǎng)見(jiàn)證，并由送達(dá)人、見(jiàn)證人在處分送達(dá)書(shū)上簽名；已離校的，采取郵寄方式送達(dá)；難于聯(lián)系的，由學(xué)生所在學(xué)院通過(guò)學(xué)校網(wǎng)站以公告方式送達(dá)，公告期為7日，期滿(mǎn)視為送達(dá)。對(duì)未成年人的處分決定同時(shí)送達(dá)其監(jiān)護(hù)人。
Article 17 The ultimate handling decision for students' violation or cheating should be signed and issued by the leader in charge of students' affairs and be directly delivered to the student by the school. In case the student refuses to sign, it may be delivered by means of a lien, but 1 teacher representative and 2 student representatives shall be invited to be present to witness, and the delivery person and witnesses shall sign on the punishment delivery letter. In the case the student has left the university, the letter shall be delivered by mail, and in case it is of difficulty to contact the student, it shall be delivered by the school that the student was enrolled in by means of a 7 day's public notice on the university website and shall be deemed to be delivered upon the expiration. With regard to punishment decision for a minor student, the letter shall be delivered to his/her guardians.
第十八條 學(xué)生的處分及解除處分材料，由學(xué)生檔案管理部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)真實(shí)完整地歸入學(xué)校文書(shū)檔案、學(xué)生本人檔案和大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信檔案，并取消其處分期限內(nèi)各類(lèi)評(píng)優(yōu)、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)資格等。
Article 18 The Student Archives Management Department shall truthfully and completely include the punishment and punishment termination materials of the students into the university's documentary archives, the student's own archives and the college student's integrity archives, and cancel his/her qualification for various award appraisal and evaluation within the punishing period.
第十九條 學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)校的處分不服的，按《西南石油大學(xué)學(xué)生申訴處理辦法》辦理。
Article 19 The case that the students have objections to the decision on punishment shall be handled in accordance with the Management Measures for Appeal Settlement of Students of Southwest Petroleum University.
第二十條 考生的違紀(jì)、作弊行為違反《中華人民共和國(guó)治安管理處罰法》的，由公安機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行處理；構(gòu)成犯罪的，由有關(guān)部門(mén)依法追究刑事責(zé)任。
Article 20 The case that the students' violation and cheating have violated the China Public Order Management and Punishment Law shall be handled by the public security organ. In a serious case involving a crime, criminal liability will be investigated by relevant authorities.
第五章 附 則
Chapter 5 Supplementary Provisions
第二十一條 校外人員涉及本校學(xué)生考試違紀(jì)、作弊的，學(xué)校記錄其違紀(jì)、作弊行為，公開(kāi)其個(gè)人基本信息，并由學(xué)校出具公函，建議其所在單位給予相應(yīng)處分。
Article 21 In case the student's violation or cheating involves off-campus persons, the university shall record their violation and cheating conducts, disclose their basic personal information and issue an official letter to their working units and propose corresponding punishment.
第二十二條 本辦法根據(jù)原《西南石油大學(xué)學(xué)生考試違紀(jì)、作弊處理?xiàng)l例》（西南石大教〔2016〕101號(hào)）修訂，自2017年9月1日起施行，由教務(wù)處和研究生院負(fù)責(zé)解釋?zhuān)才c本辦法有沖突的一律以本辦法為準(zhǔn)。
Article 22 The Measures are revised in accordance with the Handling Regulations of Southwest Petroleum University for Disciplinary Violations and Cheating of Students in Exams (XNSDJ [2016] No. 101, which were implemented since September 1, 2017 and are interpreted by the Office of Academic Affairs and the Graduate School. In case of inconsistency with the Measures, the Measures shall prevail.
