馮穎匡,男,廣東番禺人,西南石油大學(xué)兼職教授。馮博士于 2003年在香港城市大學(xué) (QS排名全球第 48名)修畢施工安全管理學(xué)(研究)博士后,從事各種建筑與工程管理,施工安全管理自動(dòng)化, 工程教育, 工業(yè)安全心理學(xué), SHEQ(安全,健康,環(huán)境與質(zhì)量)管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等研究,曾為香港城市大學(xué)建筑學(xué)及土木工程系助理教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。

一、教育工作經(jīng)歷

2013年-2014年,作為訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者 (香港-蘇格蘭第一屆博士后研究獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金得獎(jiǎng)人,香港及蘇格蘭政府資助),主要研究興趣集中在大型工程項(xiàng)目之安全系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)管理及恢復(fù)工程,由英國(guó)蘇格蘭愛(ài)丁堡赫瑞.瓦特大學(xué) (Heriot Watt University) (QS排名全球第 270名,全英第 33名)資助的博士后研究金計(jì)劃滋養(yǎng)的兩個(gè)新領(lǐng)域。關(guān)于研究和出版物,馮博士貢獻(xiàn)了超過(guò) 100多篇研究論文(包括 30多篇SCI國(guó)際期刊論文) ,另外著作三本及其他設(shè)計(jì)元素等 ( 2200多個(gè)引文, H指數(shù)= 20 (Google谷歌學(xué)者網(wǎng)),至 2021年11月))。作為首席研究員 (包括香港負(fù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的優(yōu)配研究金 CERG/GRF共四項(xiàng))授予的全面研究經(jīng)費(fèi)超過(guò) 8百萬(wàn)港幣(超過(guò)一百萬(wàn)美元),所有參與的研究項(xiàng)目資金共超過(guò)一千二百萬(wàn)港幣。

關(guān)于大學(xué)教學(xué),馮博士為(前任)香港城市大學(xué)建筑學(xué)及土木工程系助理教授, 近二十年來(lái)參與了40多門(mén)課程(95%的教學(xué)評(píng)估結(jié)果均優(yōu)于部門(mén)/學(xué)院/大學(xué)的平均水平),在他的指導(dǎo)下,過(guò)去十多年超過(guò)35名學(xué)生的項(xiàng)目在本地及國(guó)際的比賽(包括了美國(guó)國(guó)家工程學(xué)院National Academy of Engineering (NAE),英國(guó)特許建造師學(xué)會(huì)CIOB,香港工程師學(xué)會(huì)HKIE,中國(guó)的互連網(wǎng)+ , OSHC, HKICM, MTR, CLP, Project X, GCSP等)榮獲很多論文或創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。在2020年,與兩位學(xué)士生注冊(cè)了一項(xiàng)美國(guó)專(zhuān)利和一項(xiàng)香港專(zhuān)利,關(guān)于區(qū)塊鏈之應(yīng)用(安全審核及聰明合約)。另外一項(xiàng)有關(guān)IOT物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的香港臨時(shí)專(zhuān)利已成功申請(qǐng);并且共同成立了一家初創(chuàng)公司 (DataChaser Co. Ltd.),地點(diǎn)設(shè)在香港科技園。現(xiàn)在帶領(lǐng)著三位博士研究生,一位已在本年度畢業(yè)(兩位來(lái)自華中科技大學(xué);一位來(lái)自深圳大學(xué))。

研究生招生專(zhuān)業(yè):土木工程、工程管理、安全工程及管理、抗災(zāi)管理、綠色建筑及可持續(xù)環(huán)境等等。

研究方向:建筑安全自動(dòng)化;工程管理區(qū)域鏈應(yīng)用;物聯(lián)網(wǎng)外建物管理平臺(tái)及組合式消毒信道研究等等。

在海外,馮博士目前是美國(guó) Robert W. Campbell獎(jiǎng) (美國(guó)國(guó)家安全委員會(huì) National Safety Council批準(zhǔn))的國(guó)際評(píng)審小組成員之一 (2011-13年, 2017, 2021年) - 該獎(jiǎng)是美國(guó)國(guó)家安全委員、??松梨谑凸九c全球合作伙伴及大型網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同努力,是國(guó)際安全、健康與環(huán)境管理卓越的國(guó)際最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。馮博士亦參與很多計(jì)劃委員會(huì)組織的各種海外會(huì)議(例如2014年,日本安全研討會(huì)協(xié)辦單位, COMPSAFE2014 -東京大學(xué)的安全與環(huán)境問(wèn)題會(huì)議及計(jì)算工程與科學(xué)會(huì)議,邀請(qǐng)計(jì)劃委員會(huì)成員和國(guó)際評(píng)審小組成員, CIBW107會(huì)議, 2014年,尼日利亞,非洲及在 2018年在澳州西悉尼大學(xué)擔(dān)任建筑自動(dòng)化講座工作坊兼主持等等); 馮博士也是被新西蘭奧克蘭大學(xué)邀請(qǐng)作校外博士評(píng)審委員會(huì)委員。馮博士亦是國(guó)際評(píng)審期刊評(píng)委等評(píng)審30余本高等學(xué)術(shù)期刊(如事故分析與預(yù)防(美國(guó)),安全科學(xué)(歐洲)與國(guó)際建筑環(huán)境中的抗災(zāi)能力雜志等)。馮博士亦被邀為未來(lái) 2021年負(fù)責(zé)一本(歐洲)公共安全及健康的國(guó)際特別期刊 (International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health)的客席主編 (IF影響因子為 3.390)及另一本(瑞士)可持續(xù)研究的期刊 (Sustainability Journal)的客席主編:特別專(zhuān)題為建筑安全及健康管理 (IF影響因子為 3.251)。
