主要從事深水沉積學(xué)、層序地層學(xué)、油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)地質(zhì)學(xué)等方面的教學(xué)和科研工作,主持承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家資助博士后研究計(jì)劃C類(lèi)(含)、四川省自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目等3項(xiàng),以及國(guó)家油氣重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)子課題1項(xiàng);與來(lái)自德州大學(xué)奧斯汀分校、法國(guó)波爾多大學(xué)、以及丹麥奧胡斯大學(xué)的多位學(xué)者合作,在《GSA Bulletin》、《Basin Research》、《AAPG Bulletin》《Sedimentary Geology》、《Journal of Sedimentary Research》、《Marine Geology》、《Marine and Petroleum Geology》、《Petroleum Science》等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇。

研究領(lǐng)域

長(zhǎng)期致力于大陸邊緣三角洲和海底扇沉積體系研究,先后主持和參與了多個(gè)以深水沉積為主題的科研項(xiàng)目,包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家科技重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)子課題、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開(kāi)放基金資助項(xiàng)目等;在項(xiàng)目組的帶領(lǐng)下,作為團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干負(fù)責(zé)了中海油、中石化、中石油下屬深海油氣田的多個(gè)橫向課題,研究區(qū)涉及珠江口盆地、緬甸若開(kāi)盆地、尼日爾三角洲盆地、下剛果盆地等一系列大陸邊緣盆地。
